Bernie Sanders Teaches Morality Through Karl Marx and John Maynard Keynes

Have you read the Democratic Socialists of America’s Website?

Have you read the Communist Manifesto?

Karl Marx starkly assessed the world around him, writing with an acid pen.

Bernie Sanders similarly demonizes others with acidity too, but he mixes sweet smelling perfume into his acidic ink. Sanders’ emphasis is on you, the victim, versus them, the oppressors, but instead of an evil mad scientist talking about destroying the family like Marx, he is your caring grampa.

Scripture says, “you’ll know them by their fruits.” Has Marxian economics produced anything but rancid fruit worldwide anywhere radical revolutionaries forced it upon a populace? Yet, when you read the Communist Manifesto next to Bernie’s proclamations and the political platform on which he stands, the theories behind his rhetoric are unmistakably Marxian in political philosophy and economics.

The difference is Bernie takes a progressive approach into the quicksand. While we’re still walking on solid ground approaching the disaster, grampa comforts and even inspires us before we know how bad it can get, and very quickly. He calls for political revolution but disavows violence, as the youth he inspires don black masks and attack those fewer and weaker, like, older folks in their cars at intersections, or women by smashing eggs in their faces if they support a political leaders Bernie demonizes.

In England, where Karl Marx moved and did most of his work after he became persona non grata in Germany, where he lived, died, and is buried with a monument over his grave, he spawned other socialist movements including the Fabian Socialists–who call for a progressive approach to socialism.

The English Intellectual John Maynard Keynes’s friends were largely Fabian Socialists, although he remained a member of the Labour Party.

Keynes wrote about a future “socialization of the economy.” Today we live under Keynes vision: he is the most influential economist in Western Civilization in the last eighty years. Yet, neo-Marxism is rising among our youth too with the theories of both Marx and Keynes often mixed together to reach a goal: Collective control with elitists at the top distributing resources.

Both Marx and Keynes saw “an educated class” running society in the workers’ names. This is what they mean every time they talk about “the people;” not everybody, but the masses they can control for power.

Do you want to progress toward collectivism? The people, who become an ever-growing stagnant horde struggling for food every time Socialism becomes more fully implanted?

Instead, do you want an aspirational society with free association, where we don’t demonize groups or classes of people? The left uses an old strategy of divide and conquer. We can choose aspiration and free association instead.

Don’t be fooled by the Bernie bros (both male and female) who claim what he wants isn’t radical. You must understand the basic theories behind his rhetoric to understand what he’s saying. Make no mistake, if you learn the theories you’ll know what he means: he wants what he says. Revolution!

I hope you’ll take a look at my book: Economic Clarity or Political Confusion, for a smart and informative read all about these extremely important issues.
